Sahithi Atluri
Sahithi enjoys giving back and making an impact in her community. She currently serves as CEO, Co-Founder, and a member of the Board of Directors of CARE.
Sahithi is a junior at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where she is majoring in Finance and International Business. She is a member of the Kelley Business Honors Program and the Investment Banking Workshop. On campus, she holds leadership positions in the Capital Markets Club and Destined to Deal.
She has interned in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi, at Columbia Street Partners, and at Benchstrength Venture Capital. She will join Goldman Sachs in New York as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in 2027. Sahithi graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in 2024. Outside of school and work, she enjoys traveling, tutoring students, spending time with friends and family, and continuing to support CARE’s mission.

Sreya Atluri
Sreya has always been drawn to the idea of making a difference in the community, and is the Founder and on the Board of Directors of CARE.
She was a Robertson Scholar at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill / Duke University where she double majored in Business Administration and Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship. Sreya graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Beta Gamma Sigma, and Omicron Delta Epsilon with Highest Distinction, in addition to being recognized as a GLOBE, Coca-Cola, and Buckley Public Service Scholar. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in 2015 and the Nysmith School in 2011.
Sreya is currently a Private Equity Investor at Apollo Global Management in NYC. She was previously a Private Equity Associate at The Carlyle Group in Washington D.C. and an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in NYC.
